Mission
Proclamar al mundo el reino de Jesucristo, convocando, enseñando y capacitando a los creyentes para el servicio mediante los dones y ministerios impartidos por Dios para la sanidad integral y la acción profética en la comunidad.

Declaración de Objetivos Fundamentales / core values
1. Creemos en la común unión de todas las personas sin importar su credo, trasfondo etnico, o clase social para ser parte del cuerpo de Cristo.
We believe in the common union of all people regardless of their creed, ethnic background, or social class to be part of the body of Christ.
2. Nos apasiona la proclamación integral del mensaje del Reino tanto en palabras como en buenas obras. Este valor demuestra nuestra devoción a la misión de Cristo.
We are passionate about the proclamation of the Kingdom's message both in words and in good deeds. This value demonstrates our devotion to the mission of Christ.
3. Nos orientamos a enseñar y capacitar a los creyentes para el servicio del Reino en el mundo. El discipulado es necesario para formar creyentes que crezcan espiritual y moralmente; y la capacitación de lideres, y fortalecimiento de las familias son nuestra meta.
We are oriented to teach and empower believers for the service of the Kingdom in the world. Discipleship is necessary to form believers who grow spiritually and morally, and the training of leaders and strengthening families are our goal.
4. Tenemos una perspectiva carismática, es decir, creemos que el Espíritu Santo ha dotado a cada persona con dones gratuitos para Su servicio. Todo creyente ha sido llamado para ser enviado a servir, y es la labor de la iglesia el motivar, y participar en la formación del creyente para que este encuentre su llamado. Este valor genera el carácter del creyente, algo muy por encima de cualquier talento humano.
We have a charismatic perspective, that is, we believe that the Holy Spirit has endowed each person with free gifts for His service. Every believer has been called to be sent to serve, and it is the work of the church to motivate and participate in the formation of the believer so that he finds his calling. This value generates the character of the believer which is something far above any human talent.
5. El servir expresa nuestra doctrina. El hecho de servirnos mutuamente como congregación, y a aquellos fuera de nuestra congregación, es nuestro deber. Por tanto, somos llamados a servir apasionadamente las necesidades holísticas de aquellos mas vulnerables en nuestra comunidad.
Serving expresses our doctrine. The fact of serving each other as a congregation, and those outside our congregation, is our duty. Therefore, we are called to passionately serve the holistic needs of those most vulnerable in our community.
6. Nos enfocamos en ser una comunidad terapéutica. Es decir, la sanidad holística de la persona se expresa en el sentido de la palabra salvación en el Nuevo Testamento, o bien su equivalente en el Antiguo Testamento (i.e., Shalom), que va mas allá de algo físico, sino todo un sentido de bienestar. Esto procura el mensaje de nuestra fe, y por ello nuestro enfoque.
We focus on being a therapeutic community. That is, the holistic healing of the person is expressed in the sense of the word salvation in the New Testament, or it's equivalent in the Old Testament (ie, Shalom), which goes beyond something physical, but a whole sense of wellness. This seeks the message of our faith, and therefore our focus.
7. Nos energiza una labor profética. Es decir, traer el mensaje del Reino nos da el valor para apuntar aquellos pecados e injusticias en nuestra comunidad, y la sociedad circundante. Por ello predicamos, exhortamos, y anunciamos la reconciliación de toda la creación con Dios por medio de Cristo.
We are energized by a prophetic work. That is, bringing the message of the Kingdom gives us the courage to point out those sins and injustices in our community, and the surrounding society. That is why we preach, exhort, and announce the reconciliation of all creation with God through Christ.
